I was wondering if theres any regionally accredited online schools for a associates in engineering.. I'v seen multiple online schools for an associates in engineering but theyre mostly nationally accredited.. any input or opinions about nationally accredited is appreciated thanks so much guys!

In the US, the first degree in "engineering" is a bachelor's degree, typically with regional and ABET accreditation, that takes 4 years. Don't know of any US school that offers an associate's degree in "engineering".

Some community colleges offer associate's degrees in "pre-engineering", basically the first two years of a typical engineering curriculum. But this includes hands-on lab classes, in physics, chemistry, etc. that are difficult to deliver online. Don't know of US school that offers an online associate's degree in "pre-engineering".

It is possible to get an associate's degree in "engineering technology" (which is different from "engineering" or "pre-engineering"). A few schools, like Thomas Edison State College or Excelsior College, have online associate's programs in certain "engineering technology" fields.

Im talking about an associates in engineering technology or pre engineering or somthing similar.. i tried my community college but theyre limited on the online classes.. I travel 3-4 times a month for my job weeks at a time so I really need a online program.. Most of the programs I have found are not regionally accredited

I have tried my community college and basically they told me they don't have most of the classes I need online.. I travel 4-5 times a month weeks at a time so I really need something thats online that would allow me to work around my schedule.. I actually went to a trade school and it didn't really get me anywhere so I want something thats actually accredited that I could possibly transfer to a college later... I'm looking for something like engineering technology or pre engineering... Something similar to those.. I do a lot of electrical work and engineering technician work... But with a trade school I cant really move up to where I want to be so I'm looking to get an associates degree while I am working

    Thanks guys

This looks like a comprehensive program. I would hire someone with this degree for engineering positions (such as CAD and test) not requiring a full engineering degree.
