Sports Nutrition Degree

I am looking at studying a sports nutrition degree.
I am looking at studying it online, but their are so many options and choices and I would like to make an informed decision.
Does anyone recommend any reputable online degreed courses.
Are their any that are internationally recognised

I have looked into CNELM, but they are based in the UK and they are not sure if it is recognised in the states.
Is their a governing board or council I could contact to check with them.

I want to make an informed decision on the right course at the the right institute.
I do want to practice in the USA eventually

Would it be better to get a student visa and go to a university in Florida as I hear that is where most of the top sports nutrition degrees are. What are your professional thoughts on this. Not sure where to begin
