MA in Neuroscience, Phd or psyd neuropsychology

My girlfriend has her masters in neuroscience. She is interested in pursuing a phd or psyd in neuropsychology, and was wondering how much if any of her neuroscience degree will transfer over? anyone have any idea if having a masters in neuroscience will shave off some of the time for getting s Psyd in neuropsychology?

Not sure. I can tell you that Fielding University offers the only online APA-accredited PhD in Psychology and that they offer a specialization in Neuropsychology
