I have around 135 quarter / 90 semester lower division credits that I would like to apply towards a Bachelor degree. Are there any regionally accredited colleges/universities, with distance or online learning, that will accept this amount of transfer credits? At this point, I'm just looking to get a Bachelors in anything and maybe move on to a masters.

Most schools will actually take 90 credits in transfer, depending on the course and specific program requirements.

You will need to find a program that aligns to the particular credits you have. Having said that generally ALL schools will take UP TO 90 credits 75% percent of an undergraduate program in transfer. The best bang comes from 'general studies' or 'liberal studies' programs. The only other trick will be lining up the general education, depending on what credits you have, and the appropriate mix of upper and lower division too depending on the program, you your 90 is ALL lower division you might not get all of them transferred...
