Cheap AA/AS in Criminal Justice

This is for a friend who wants to get into the system as a parole officer. He got one of those worthless CAD degrees that cost lots of $$ from ITT. He's looking for a cheap online AA/AS degree in Criminal Justice, maybe someplace that might take some of the credit from ITT. Can anyone give me some leads?
