Hello , im a student from europe and im interested on penn foster's graphic design assosiate degree program , my questions are: 1. It looks like the program is availiable on penn foster usa but not penn foster international , can i still attend and get the degree if i dont live in usa? 2. It says that i can pay as little as 59$ per month , how many years will take to finish the degree if i pay 59$ per month? 3. If i enroll now , when will i start taking courses? I cant find an answer to these questions on the internet , hopefully someone know the answers , ty in advance.
