    Hello,

Newbie here! Just wondering if anyone has any experience with transferring credits from FHSU (or any other 4yr university) to Arizona State University?

I plan on starting FHSU as a junior fall '14 majoring in Organizational Leadership and transferring to ASU the following fall. I am nervous about courses not transferring over.

For those of you with experience transferring from one 4yr to another... any advice?

Should I reach out to an academic advisor at FHSU and/or ASU prior to taking classes?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I transferred from a 4 year college to ASU and it went great. They took all of my credits and I have been loving every minute of being here. I would definitely recommend you reach out to an advisor so they can help you get everything started.

I transferred into ASU from a 2 year college. They took all of my credits but some classes did not fulfill their GE requirements. Example, they accepted my Envi Sci class for general credits but not for their science requirement since it did not have a lab.
Best to contact an ASU adviser to check with them.
