Does anyone have thoughts or experience on the DiploFoundation's DL certificate programs?

In the next year I plan to apply to a MA program in International Relations, however, my undergraduate degree is in a non PoliSci/IR field (journalism) and I'd like to make myself more attractive and thought taking one or two of the DiploFoundation's courses might help, but I was hoping for some feedback if anyone has thoughts on it (even if you haven't actually taken their classes)?

DiploFoundation | Towards more inclusive and effective diplomacy

    Pros:
    - they've been around since the early 90s
    - they have a partnership with the University of Malta
    - it appears the courses are relatively structured (there is a 1-hour weekly group meeting, in addition to directed readings and assignments)
    - they have a .edu web address

    Cons:
    - they have a partnership with the University of Malta (not exactly Harvard)
    - all the testimonials on their website are from diplomats and consular officials from little nonsense countries (Sierra Leonne, Jamaica, etc. [apologies in advance to any Jamaicans reading this])
    - there is essentially no competitive application process (I applied and was admitted to a course within 48 hours)

A class is about $800 and I was thinking of taking one or two.

If you don't have first-hand experience with Diplo, do you have a general opinion if something like this on an application actually be considered a positive to demonstrate commitment to the field if I have a non-related undergraduate degree? Alternatively, if you do have first-hand experinece, is the DiploFoundation regarded in a positive way within the academic or foreign service communities or is it essentially unknown or irrelevant?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions anyone can offer.
