Online Policy Degrees

I am an electrical engineer who is a mid-level manager at a power utility company.

Would there be any further education that would help my career?

Maybe something with respect to policy or strategy? Could be a certificate or Masters degree. I am open to all suggestions!

I would prefer to do something online and part time as I couldnt afford to leave my employment with my young family.
