Foreign Univiersities with dl programs...looking for first hand experience

Good Morning, I am still on the search for a dl university for a family member with excessive Liberal Arts grad credits to transfer. This could be transferred into a grad diploma or part of Masters program. When she shared her transcript she also has 3 classes of grad level work in Business. This has to be RA or equivalent in another country. I would greatly appreciate a listing if anyone has the interest . Many thanks. Hille
