Does anybody know of an online "Introduction to Philosophy" class from any Christian college or university? I have had a hard time finding one... any help would be appreciated! :D

Global University has a class, but I'm not sure if you have to be matriculated into their program. It's very cheap and may finish the trick. It should cost you roughly about $400 with books and tuition.

Global University coursework is very accomplish-able. One would just need to ensure, as with all schools with a course for transfer, that the incoming institution will accept Global University coursework. And that specific course meets requirements. I have a few credits from my early undergraduate studies that transferred easily to a regionally accredited school, but the DETC accreditation, while I affirm its value, could be an issue for some incoming schools; though course transfer matters go well beyond the type of accreditation.

I would be surprised if Liberty University didn't have one. Though it might have a religion prefix if memory serves.

Avoid any school associated with the purported accrediting agency ACI (Accrediting Commission International).

Global University is accredited by HLC and DETC. The credits will be transferable.
