Fees, Enrolment, Application, Registration Information It does not look like a government accredited institution. For what it is charging it may be best to do an accredited degree from anywhere in the world.
The website you link to is not ACS, it's a pretty indiscriminate collection of links. If you go to the actual website of ACS and follow the path About Us: Our Affiliates you'll see that ACS doesn't currently list an affiliation with Writtle College. A quick web search for 'ACS Writtle' produces this, showing that ACS and Writtle had an affiliation circa 2004.
