Th.D from Lively Stones World Healing Fellowship

I'm active in Freemasonry on Long Island. A Masonic organization that I'm affiliated with is considering hiring a motivational speaker who claims to hold a Doctor of Ministry degree from something called The Lively Stones World Healing Fellowship. I've found a website for this "ministry" which seems to be mainly concerned with using faith healing to cure dental problems! I see nothing there about degree programs. The gentleman in question claims that his "doctorate", although unaccredited, is recognized by the State of Florida and is not a bogus degree. He bills himself as "Doctor" on all of his literature. Does anyone have any knowledge of "doctorates" conferred by this "fellowship"? Thanks!

If the motivational speaker is being hired based on the legitimacy of his purported doctorate, proceed with caution.
