I just wanted to let everyone know that the Coastline Community College Calculus courses are awesome and a bargain as well. They are semester based and they are great courses if you are familiar with the distance learning format. Although, I have learned that if you use a proctor you must have them send in your exams through fedex or certified mail etc. just to protect yourself.

Calc 1, the instructor is not nice but you rarely hear from her. Lots of assignments. Ten or so per chapter section with 3-5 sections per chapter and 5 chapters. They are all done on pearson mylab. It gives you examples of how to do most of the problems if you need it.

Calc 2, there is just as much as much homework and the same format. However, the homework is all due at the end of the course so there are no weekly deadlines like there are in the Calc 1 course.

I have not done the Calc 3 course yet so I can't report on that one, yet.

    Hope this helps.
