I am tempted to enroll in straighterline to secure some credits for my degree. I am having a hard time believing that you could actually complete the course in a month ,when a typical course may run four months to 1 year ?One other thing I am a slightly slower learner would this be the course for me ?

It depends on the course, how much time you have, and how long it takes you to understand the concepts. Many people have finished Straighterline courses from a few hours to a few weeks.

Thanks for the reply, in giving it more thought I am not sure if Straighterline is for me .I need either a traditional format or another type of cheap DL degree .I would need to be a total of less than 6 grand which is not easy .:yikes::confused:

You should checkout Northern Arizona University's self-paced programs. If you can manage to test out of the general education requirements, you can possibly finish the rest of the degree in 2 years for $5,000. Of course, that $5,000 doesn't include the test fees. The cheapest way I know to get a regionally accredited degree is to go with the Big 3 and test out of almost all of the courses.
