I wanted to let everyone know that I was accepted into the program. However, it took 4 weeks to notify me of acceptance. This seemed a bit too long, and the admissions people said that I needed to submit a certified copy of my transcript from IU, which was required for the initial application. Apparently, how they "lost" it is a mystery.

I'm looking forward to beginning in January and will let everyone know how the program progresses.

Also, I will be able to obtain ESL certification by using some of the elective credits for the certificate.

My request concerns choosing a thesis topic - what process, if you used one, helped you to choose? I read widely, so there is not any specific genre that is calling my name. Perhaps ESL would be the best way to go on the thesis?

    Thank you for sharing!

Congratulations on your acceptance. One way to choose a thesis topic would be to look at the research interests of the current faculty and see if it gives you any ideas. Such things are often included on the departmental website.

Congrats on your acceptance. I was also accepted in their Human Relations degree, but I decided to go to SNHU, because of the focus in degree. Hope you enjoy your studies!
