Well, we see a lot of threats at degreeinfo for the discussions we have of less-than-wonderful schools, and most of them are pretty laughable. But this is one of the more amusing threats we've received in recent times, especially since it's quoting a reputable news source.

I always love it when people don't understand republication, and what defamation actually is, and what the standard for it is.

The guy's real name is /was Allan Norton. Here's another web-page he was trying unsuccessfully to get shut down for writing about him. The site belongs to a civil rights lawyer.

I'd watch it, Chip. :smile: He's said to have left Zimbabwe to avoid charges filed by the Law Society for practising law in Bulawayo when he was not a lawyer. He could be dangerous --- but only to himself.

Oops - excuse me. Gotta be 100% accurate here. That was a suit filed against him by the Law Society for unauthorized practice of law - not charges.

Here's the latest version of the threat, received today. Only now, we have the name of someone whom it is apparently "in the hands of" (though the promised attachment was not included... I'm so disappointed.)

Robert Boyd – has relatives in Zimbabwe ‘who can vouch for him.’

Robert Boyd is a South African citizen at 23 Carbis Road, Scottsville, 3201, Pitermaritzburg.


Robert Boyd left school (maritzburg college) 1984. But claims he attended Chelmsford Private School (which never existed in Pietermaritzburg.)

Boyd went to Maritzburg College; (affirmed by Debbie Martin Deputy Headmaster academics – but who will not say if Niel Charles Treacy and Tim Martin where there).

However Boyd alleges he attended Chelmsford Private School in PMB and then Stellenbosch University.

Chelmsford never existed and he did not attend Stellenbosch, nor is he a published author - he is a cook.

In 1993 Robert Boyd was aged 27

In 1993 Robert Boyd was in Zimbabwe, probably with Tim Martin and Niel Charles Treacy.

Robert Boyd (of 23 Carbis Road, Scottsville, 3201, Pietermaritzburg.) murdered Fiona Spencer and thus his insatiable, perverse and incredible obsession with the ‘family’ he has cyber stalked – why else stalk from 2001 – 2009.

Boyd saw 2 others falsely implicated for it and laughed at them thinking he’d gotten away with it.

They were never tried. Obviously being falsely implicated there was no evidence (pers com - senior pp Mr Chitapi – Scalan and Holderness Harare – the prosecutor at the time.)

There is an unexplained gap from 2009 – 2014 (was Boyd in prison) and then suddenly, out of the blue Boyd recommenced overtly obsessive cyber stalking of one of the prior accused – his target family? Mocking them because he’d got away with murder.

Robert Boyd - wife Carrie - unknown whether 1st or 2nd wife - ‘Carrie’ runs Tea on 23 at 23 Carbis Road in Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg. It is assumed she doesn’t know about his alter ego or cyber stalking,

Is she 1st wife or 2nd wife? Where was Boyd from 2009 – 2014?

Robert Boyd - lied about where he went to school and lied about being degreed from Stellenbosch and lied about being a published author.(Boyd - pathological liar, either a sociopath or psychopath.)

Boyd suffers from Munchausen syndrome by proxy – posts comments to himself threatening himself and plaudits to himself – to gain attention / sympathy. )

Why the incredible obsession with his ‘target?’ We reasonably believe that it is because he was laughing himself sick all the way away from Zimbabwe’s gallows having falsely incriminated the ‘target’ and continues mocking him to this day, thinking he (Boyd) had got away with - 'murder.'

What other reason is there for recommenced obsessive stalking 6 years having passed?

Boyd invaded every aspect of the ‘targets’ lives, cloned their phones, emails, sms’s, their CV’s, their jobs, their children’s schools.

He posed as an employer, posed as a woman on blogs, posed as a woman on sex sites and gave himself plaudits and threats - is he sane? Look at his blog nickczardas.wordpress.com type in Nick Czardas into Google.

Captain Letitia Phillips, SAPS Forensics DNA profiler alleges the decedent, Fiona Spencer’s blood was ‘O’ Positive; and, it is alleged by the SAPS Forensic investigators in Pretoria that the blood found on decedent Spencer’s jeans was type ‘B.’

It is further alleged Boyd is wanted for fraud in Pinetown (Beeld) and has other warrants floating around, (Major Thomson). AFIS; INTERPOL: SAPS will reflect this off his finger print searches – a DNA analysis compared with the DNA results in Forensics PTA – will tell you if the blood on the decedents jeans was Boyd’s. ( If not Martin or Treacy.)

If all this were established it would either inculpate or exonerate Boyd, but it is believed he was in Zimbabwe in 1993 with 2 other persons. Tim Martin and Neil Charles Treacy (who when tried for the Bulawayo murder of a riding instructor named Vivian – and who said his ‘accomplice’ was the murderer.

It is fact that they had followed his ‘target’ to Bulawayo when the target moved off his Concession farm; and,

They were apparently living in a house behind the target in Bulawayo.

They also cut off an Indian girl’s head and left her at the turn off , off the tar road onto the dirt road to his ‘target’s farm.’

A person from different country completely unknown to another completely u does not cyber stalk a ‘family’ unless mentally ill or with an ulterior and improper motive such as has been set forth above.

The 3 murders were never solved. It is believed information is on Boyd / his wife / their business computers and he still stays in touch with Niel Charles Treacy and Tim Martin.

Tim Martin was later arrested for kidnapping Jo Anne Pullen from Port Alfred in 1994.

There is no other reason a South African completely unknown to anyone in my family would stalk us – unless he is gloating at getting away with murder - it having been falsely pinned on me. Nor why he would stalk us so obsessively. This not being the case and if proved otherwise he needs psychiatric evaluation in Sterkfontein.
