    Hello,

I'm from a very low-income background and am torn between trying to earn a degree which will pay the highest salary and finding one that I will be really happy with.

I will be studying online for the most part, I was thinking of getting an Associate of Arts degree and then transferring and majoring in Psychology.

I believe I would like to be a clinical psychologist, working with adults who are troubled and learning about the human psyche.

However, I'm aware that this degree may only net me $40,000 salary to begin with, and that would be with a Master's.

So it would take me 4 years to get a BA and another 2 for a Masters to get such a low salary? I'm tired of struggling in this hard economy and would like to have the opportunity to earn at least $70,000 a year. I could live like a king (by my personal standards) with $70k a year.

I'm just naturally an indecisive person because I love so many subjects, I have a hard time narrowing it down.

I love the idea of psychology (I've never been a psychologist so I wouldn't know for certain)
I love computers (but I hate programming, I don't like writing code ugh)
I love physics (but I'm not a math wizard so that is a no go for me)
I love biology, evolution, learning about the origin of life
    I love cosmology
    I love philosophy

But I'm not sure which direction to go to have a rewarding, satisfying career with a salary I can feel happy about.

I would greatly appreciate any input and advice!

    Thank you very much :)
