Help with online Master degree

Hi,
This my first post here wondering if someone can help me to take the right decision to study MSC Information System Management, i don't have bachelor degree but i have almost 10 years IT experience and i have a lot of industry certifications, I found two universities can approve my request to study Master without bachelor, i need your help to decide which is the best :
The University of Liverpool :
Pro :
-Online method used from long time so they have the required experience for distance learning.
-Duration only 2.5 years,
-Good reputation World Rank #100.
Con:
-Expensive almost 26000 $
-Need a lot of study maybe 20 Hours weekly.

University of Roehampton Online :
Pro:
- Less expensive only 10000 $.
- Look like the courses its easier than Liverpool.
Con:
- New in online learning only 2 years
- World rank is +1000
- Longer time duration need maybe 3 years
- I didn't see any-feedback about the online learning anywhere.

Maybe in this comparison you say it's easy Liverpool it's better solution, but my problem its too expensive so if Roehampton not too bad still its possible choice for me.
Please need your help and if anyone studied before master in Information System Management please tell me how difficult it was.

Information Systems Management is not about technology, but leaning toward human studies in technology. It is not hard, but require at least 5 to 8 hours per week per class. If cost is an issue for you, then University of Roehampton is more suitable for you.

 

Thank you TEKMAN, yes that right its not completely about technology but with IT background will be easier to study it, right ?

 

Did you end up taking the course at Roehampton?
