Advise on my future application

Dear friends:

Next year I would like to apply to this master degree: Online Graduate Degrees in Systems Engineering - CSU Online Plus , it is an engineering master but the requeriments do not state you have to have an engineering degree:

"B.S. degree from a regionally-accredited institution in engineering, business, life sciences, or natural sciences"

I'm not familiar with the US master acceptance system, so if anyone could give me a piece of advice with my situation I would really appreciate it.

I'm currently enrolled at Excelsior college, pursuing a Bachelor of science in business (management information systems), and these are the credits I have so far:

1) 90 credits from a foreign university (I have a 3 years degree diploma, which is granted when you complete the first 3 years of an engineering career). 3.89 grade
2) 15 credits from phoenix university. 3.9 grade
3) 24 credits from CLEP/DSST

I have 5 courses left at excelsior which cannot be tested out. I'm planning to take 2 at kctcs (kentucky community & tech school), 2 at colorado pueblo state and the final one at excelsior college (required).

I believe that my final grade in Excelsior will be 3.9.

These are my questions
1) Do you believe that with my educational credentials I have chances to get admitted?
2) Regarding my 5 remaining courses, do you think it would look better if I take them directly with excelsior rather than using those other universities (I'm doing that because they are cheaper and self paced)
