I am working on 100% Online MBA as that's the only option I see being a working personnel.
Any known or heard experience on Online MBA as against In-class MBA?
    Pros & Cons?

I completed my MBA through University of Phoenix, however I went to class one night a week. I like it better than the online option mainly because I didn't have to do the online discussions (I hate those). Some of the online schools have campuses located all over the US, especially near military bases. If you live near a base you might look at that option if you don't like the online classroom experience.

That probably didn't answer the Pro/Con part of your question as I think the link by rebel100 will do more for that.

    A agree with RichC.

The hybrid option offers the best of both worlds. The only issue with an online MBA is the lack of professional networking face-to-face. But if going online is you only option, then it is what it is. My undergraduate was hybrid, and I soon found it the medium I prefer.

The program at UMass can be entirely butt-in-seat, entirely online or any combination of the two. I know someone who did the hybrid version because she liked the classroom but wanted to be at home with the kids too. The disadvantage is that you can't do it from Toronto.
