Anyone have experience with or recommendation on anna Maria college's mpa ?

I'm interested in AMC's mpa program but haven't heard much about it? I like it is a B&M program ...
I am also wondering if its regional accreditation is adequate or should I find an NASPAA program??

Are there any Anna Maria College grads out there that could give me info on the school's pros and cons? I'm especially interested in the MPA online program? Thanks

 

Anna Maria is a little school located just outside Worcester MA (that's my general neighborhood). It's a Catholic school (if that matters) and it has a good local reputation. They graduate a lot of people in CJ, Business, Health Admin, Mental Health, etc. and the local communities are full of people with these degrees. Massachusetts has a lot of schools with big reputations like Harvard, MIT, BU, etc. and Anna Maria will never compete on that level. But that's OK, they don't want to compete on that level. It's a nice school (the campus is very pretty) with a good rep. OUtside of New England no one will know of it. If that doesn't matter then you'll be OK. The money might be a bit high but if that's not a problem then you might have found yourself a good degree program.

Otherwise I'd only say that if I was in your position, I'd find a program with more name recognition and maybe even a cheaper pricetag.
