I tried searching, and came up with nothing (I'm sure I messed something up, so please forgive me), but I was looking for an online MPA program (or similar/equal degree) that did not require the GRE to be taken? Any and all help is appreciated.

I'm almost positive that the first one, Northcentral University, does not require the GRE. I have been enrolled in all of these schools in the past 10 years and only remember taking an MAT to get into the doctoral program at Liberty. I don't recall taking an entrance exam at all for Northcentral or the others, however, things may have changed. A quick phone call to each school would answer that question. Some schools that do require a GRE will waive it if you already have a masters degree in any field. This is mainly useful if you are pursuing a second graduate degree.
Arkansas State offers an online MPA without GRE. Can be completed for under $10K; not bad for NASPAA accredited MPA. Online Education & Nursing Degrees | Arkansas State University
APUS has one as well: AMU Degree Program: Master of Public Administration-Capstone Option The program is not NASPAA accredited though.
