maximum transfer credits for Environmental / Natural Resources master degree?

Hello, I have about 45 semester credits of graduate level coursework in environmental studies, natural resources, GIS, and water resources. Im looking for an online (or in-person if need be) program that will take 24 credits or more, so that I can finish in one semester. All I can find are institutions that will take 6, 9, or 15 maximum transfer credits. Does anyone know of a university that will take more? Thanks!
