So I heard this story on NPR about the Polytechnic University of Milan switching all of their grad programs to English language instruction (the story is in the Chronicles of Higher Ed but I don't subscribe so I couldn't copy/paste). Apparently it's causing a big problem at the school - not with the students, but with the instructors. Maybe this is part of the evolution of European education. If so it might open the doors to DL a bit wider because "language of instruction" has always been an issue.
