I'm taking the plunge, again, folks! Tomorrow I start two classes at APU (HIS 500 - Historical Research Methods & HIS 531 - The Greek Civilization). I'll be working on the MA in History with a concentration in Ancient & Classical History. The goal is to use this for promotion at my college, and hopefully use it as a springboard into a PhD program. It's been 2 years since I finished the MA with WNMU. I hope I'm not out of practice. I'm really looking forward to it. I found out APU has a variety of groups on Facebook, and I've already connected with a few classmates. I think that'll definitely help. Third master's degree's the charm, right? -Matt
Under normal circumstances, I'd probably have stuck with one. But since my employer will pay for 3 classes per year, and after I take 5 more classes I'll be eligible for promotion, it'll be worth it. -Matt
