Some of these things are so wrong they make my brain hurt.

Remember this the next time you read an article on a subject about which you know little, or can't easily verify what's reported. I mean, if you can tell that journalists are wrong when you know better, why would you assume that they're any more accurate when you don't know better?

My favorite line is about Florida moving along the most aggressively. If that is true, they must be working on a time machine so that they can go back to 1970 and beat New York and New Jersey by a year.

I remember when CSU Global Campus was a news.
Besides SUNY who were other 100% on line or correspondence in New York in the 80s? ALso TESC in NJ.

Anyway I remember 100% DL MBA from Cal Sate Domingo Hills was 5000 in the 90's.
Will dig out some older Bear Guides.

I wander once Florida State have these State On Line degrees out how will it affect the private colleges enrollments I'm sure UoP types are not happy about this.

It's also not even the first entirely online program from a Florida public university. There's all kinds of incorrect in there.

"The online courses will cost no more than 75 percent of in-state tuition for regular classes at the University of Florida"
UF os one of the most expensive (if not the most expensive) of all of the Florida Public schools. I will be more impressed if the price point was closer to UWF.

This UF program is cheap unless I'm missing something.

I was thinking of the MS program I was in at $800 per credit at UF vs. something like $265 at UWF.

Not bad. I've looked at a couple of programs at UWF. How did you like them?
