I feel like I'm kicking the dead horse one more time. At the request of others and to try and be more objective, here is a duplicitous poll about the University of Phoenix. Hopefully, this poll offers more reasonable choices. I hate creating a second poll because it might confuse new readers, but here goes... How do you rate the University of Phoenix, given the following choices: Excellent Above average Average Below average Terrible Should lose its regional accreditation. Why? Please be objective. No temper tantrums or cursing.
Interesting question. I have been attending the University of Phoenix for nearly 2 years now. In the past, I have taken classes at local Colleges and Universities as well. I bring that up, to show that I do have a basis of comparison. I have truly had a wonderful experience at the University of Phoenix. Although I have had one class experience that I would rate below-average (due mostly to the instructor), nearly all of my classes have taught me so much more than I every would have expected. I have found most class above-average, and many Excellent. I have recommended this school to others, and will continue to do so, not because I have some vested interest in this school, but instead, because I believe in the education I am receiving. In comparison to the brick-and-mortar classes that I have attended in the past, I do believe my classes at UofPhx compare well, if not better in some cases.
This is great! Although it is looking like I am in the minority (I put average), it will be interesting to see the results. I think poll should be donefor other schools as well, just to see UoP really is Average.
Hi, OK- I voted. I do not think the school is about average. I went to several schools before finishing my BS at UoPhx, so I feel I have data points.
