Distant Learning Healthcare Disciplines

To the web administrator. Any chance we can have a topic added to the Career and Specific Degree topics folder that includes Distant Learning Healthcare Degrees and Certificates? There appears to be a general interest interest in non-traditional pathways in the areas of; Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, Allied healthcare, Nutrition, Natural Medicine, etc.

 

I am one of the moderators and I don't know how to create a new sub-forum nor for that matter I don't know whether starting a new sub-forum is something any mod can do or whether that is something only Chip can do. Moderators have the power to move threads. I noticed once when moving a thread that there exists an option to move a thread to Nursing and Health-Related Disciplines. Maybe Chip knows more. I'll raise this issue in the Moderator Area.

 

A subforum for Health would be fabulous!

I think that's a great idea, I've noticed a lot of questions in that area too

 

I fired off a PM to Chip and now the Nursing and Health Related Degrees sub-forum is viewable by all.

 

While it wasn't as comprehensive as I would have liked, it contains some very useful links to schools offering healthcare prereqs. Can I request to have it moved? And thanks Ted, that sub-forum is a great idea.
