I was having a bit of a pow wow with my advisor today and she informed me that I have met all the requirements except 1 class for a certificate in International Studies AND a minor in Justice Studies. Now, I did not have any plans to do a certificate or a minor, but seeing as I'm only 1 class away for each, I think it would be silly not to grab them. Taking 2 extra classes isn't going to add on extra time so I think I made the right choice in saying I would do them. I mean, it's just 2 classes. And I think a minor and a certificate will be a nice little boost to my transcripts. Do you agree?
Normally I say focus on the end goal, but that does sound like pretty low hanging fruit, especially if it doesn't mean a delay in graduating.

She broke family tradition and has turned into a hippie liberal girl. Dang it! She is a brilliant young lady, so doing well comes easy to her. I think she is done in May.
