Best International Wire transfer options

Anyone have suggestions on the best service to provide international money transfers from the USA to South Africa? ZOOM? Western Union? Do they convert into local currency?

 

Two tips:

1) send the wire transfer in USD using a standard currency converter based on the day of the transfer. small discrepancies won't hinder your progress, you might just see a dollar or two on your balance sheet.

2) use a credit card. it's much easier.
