Graduate Transfer Credits in TESOL

Hi. I am searching information on how to transfer graduate credits (in TESOL) into another graduate program. I have two years full time study with an A- average in TESOL from an accredited American university (not online). I did not pass the Comprehensive Exam and therefore was not given my Masters degree. After all the money and effort spent I would still like to have my Masters. I am an older student so time (and money) is of essence. Any suggestions?
