NSU is regionally accredited, by SACS. So that part is incorrect.

NSU's business programs are not accredited by AACSB, so that part is correct. NSU is an AACSB member, but this is not the same as being AACSB accredited.

NSU's business programs do have professional accreditation from IACBE, another business accreditor. IACBE is a recognized accreditation agency, but it is not as old or as prestigious as AACSB.

As I understand, Nova's business school has been working to obtaining AACSB accreditation for several years. It's a slow process, though, so it's hard to say when they'll get it.

And their law school is ABA accredited.

You can check the accreditation status of any school in the U.S. quickly and for free through this link.

That is indeed a useful link, although it only covers institutional accreditation.
So it would address the first part of the OP's question, about regional accreditation -- but it would not help with the question of AACSB accreditation.
The only way to confirm AACSB status may be at the AACSB website.

Scroll down, CalDog. That same page has a "Search for Accredited Programs" below the "Search for Accredited Institutions".

You're right. So you could pull up the list of AACSB-accredited schools and see that NSU was not included.

As far as I can tell, you can't search the programmatic accreditors by institution, which seems a bit surprising. For example, if you wanted to fully check out a school's business accreditation, you might have to pull up the AACSB list to check for the school, and then also check the ACBSP list, and then the IACBE list. It would be more convenient if you could simply enter the school name and get a list of all their programmatic accreditations.

This site is supposed to do this:
    Search Institutional Accreditation System

However, the list of specialized accrediting agencies is incomplete. I tried a few different universities and it showed all of regional accreditation and the specialized health- and education-related accreditation, but did not list the specialized business accreditation (AACSB, IACBE or ACBSP).
