First off my situation is. I joined the army at 17 as a “transportation management coordinator”. Did that 5 years left as a sergeant an got my B.S in Business Administration minor Operations Management while I was in. Left the military at 22 and started contacting boasting my salary straight to 100k. In the last year an a half I have went from a “Movement Control Coordinator” to a “Movement Control Specialist”. So basically I do logistics.

A few months back I started a Graduate certificate through Regis University in “Enterprise Resource Planning wit SAP” to basically get some SAP experience since I saw that a lot of logistics/supply chain analyst type roles require it, etc. This certificate is 4 classes. I just started the 3rd now and they are 8 week courses. Regis also offers a “Executive Technology Management” certificate that I would only need to take 2 additional classes to get after my current certificate to achieve. Would that certificate be worth obtaining since its only 2 more classes that I need to take?

Also this month I start the M.S in Integrated Supply Chain Management through the University of Wisconsin .

On a side note is it hard to make 100k in the states. I will most likely stay in the defense industry since I’m already here but it’s really whatever pays the bills to me.
