Ok. I need some help, oh wise ones.

I am trying to find 1 or more graduate programs with NO GRE OR GMAT requirements, totally online, in any of the following areas:

    Political Science
    Human Rights
    Ethics
Social Science (with either International Relations or Human Rights concentrations)
    Social Justice

Needs to be RA, a US school, totally online, NON profit.

Thanks for any and all help!!

I'll give you my notes when I was looking for internationally-focused programs. This data is about a year old, however, and the tuition and fees are in reference to me being in Texas. I tried to upload a Word document, but it's too large. I ended up choosing Angelo State University, but my interests are a little different from yours. My program only has one human rights course and another one that is sort of related in peacekeeping and stability operations.

Norwich University: MA in Military History or Diplomacy (one-week residency at end)
No GPA requirement for Diplomacy program. Testing required if you have a low GPA. 2.75 overall or in a relevant major for Military program.
    $27-28,000 for whole program.

Clemson University: PhD in International Family and Community Studies (multiple residencies required)
GRE or MAT recommended. No set test or GPA scores.
    $6,498 per semester.

North Georgia College and State University: MA in International Affairs
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or a GRE score of at least 950. Can request provisional admission.
    $274 per credit hour.

East Carolina University: MS in Security Studies
2.7 overall GPA or 3.0 for senior year. Satisfactory score on GRE.
    $693 per credit hour?

University of Denver: Master of Liberal Studies in Global Affairs
GPA of 3.0. May be admitted on provisional basis.
    $24,336 or $507 per credit.

Duquesne University: MS in Leadership with a concentration in Global Leadership
    Two years of professional experience.
    $778 per credit

St. John’s University: MA in Global Development and Social Justice
    No requirements.
    $950 per credit.

Northeastern University: MS in Human Services with Global Studies Specialization
    No requirements.
    $22,470 or $535 per credit.

DePaul University: MPA in International Public Management
    No requirements.
$600 per credit hour for 52 credit hours. $31,200 total.

Troy University: MS in International Relations
2.5 overall or 3.0 GPA in last 30 hours. 920 on GRE or 396 on MAT.
    $420 per credit hour.

Angelo State University: MS in Security Studies
2.75 overall or 3.0 in last 60 hours.
Around $10,000 for whole program (in-state, Texas).

Salve Regina University: MA in International Relations
No specific test score or GPA mentioned. Have to take GRE or MAT.
    $430 per credit hour.

Syracuse University: Master of Social Science (4 weeks of residence split up)
    No requirements.
    $36,380 for program.

Kennesaw State University: MS in International Policy Management (in person orientation; can only begin in fall)
GRE required, but no scores listed.
    $11,680 per semester.

Webster University: MA in International Relations
GPA of 2.5 or admitted under special status.
    $675 per credit.

Bellevue University: MS in International Security and Intelligence Studies
    2.5 on last 60 hours
    $450 per credit

American Military University: Intelligence, International Relations, Political Science, or National Security

Send me a PM if you want all of my notes on admissions requirements. I have too much to post here and my file is too large to upload.

There is St. Mary's University, but they require the GRE. Nova Southeastern has a master's in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with 4 concentrations. It has a lot of courses that might be of interest to you.

    http://shss.nova.edu/Downloads/PDF/DCAR/concentrations.pdf

    This requires the GRE.

    This has a limited residency.

I think this is 100% online and does not require the GRE.
