I am trying to find 1 or more graduate programs with NO GRE OR GMAT requirements, totally online, in any of the following areas: Political Science Human Rights Ethics Social Science (with either International Relations or Human Rights concentrations) Social Justice Needs to be RA, a US school, totally online, NON profit. I'll give you my notes when I was looking for internationally-focused programs. This data is about a year old, however, and the tuition and fees are in reference to me being in Texas. I tried to upload a Word document, but it's too large. I ended up choosing Angelo State University, but my interests are a little different from yours. My program only has one human rights course and another one that is sort of related in peacekeeping and stability operations. Our old friend John Ryan created the Away Pages quite some time ago. Some of the links are dead but this doesn't necessarily mean that the programs are gone. While you're waiting for others to respond you might flip through these links. Arts & Sciences Away Page (ASAP): Accredited Distance Learning Graduate Programs in the Arts and Sciences
Send me a PM if you want all of my notes on admissions requirements. I have too much to post here and my file is too large to upload. Nova Southeastern MS in National Security Affairs with a concentration in International Relations and Global Affairs M.S. in National Security Affairs Degree Program | NSU Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences
There is St. Mary's University, but they require the GRE. Nova Southeastern has a master's in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with 4 concentrations. It has a lot of courses that might be of interest to you. http://shss.nova.edu/Downloads/PDF/DCAR/concentrations.pdf This requires the GRE. http://conflictstudies.uncg.edu/site/program/ This has a limited residency. http://www.prescott.edu/learn/limited-residency-master-of-arts/areas-of-study/humanities/index.html I think this is 100% online and does not require the GRE. http://csudh.edu/negcon/gendeg.html
