Here is a very professional excerpt from the website:

"Holy wasted money Batman!" $40,000.00 for my online bachelor degree from Phoenix? Whoa! WTF mate?

We have numerous threads on Berkley and its proprietor, Dennis Globosky. The only news I find in this item is that Globosky is about $33,000 in arrears on the $75,000 judgment rendered against him a few years back. If he made $34 million, as alleged by the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, then just what is his damned problem paying -- not that I really care.

A couple of years back, our esteemed guru, Dr. John Bear, wrote a letter to Rudolph Giuliani informing him of Berkley's claim that they had awarded him (Mr. Giuliani) an honorary doctorate, together with details of what kind of place Berkley was. I have no idea if Mr. Giuliani replied -- but the Berkley site still publishes a purported letter of thanks they claim they received from him.

An old quote (not mine) about a different mill proprietor: "There are some people that just belong in jail. As long as they are not in jail they will just be causing heartache for others."

Yep - might apply here, as well.

Giuliani never replied . . . but when he was running for President, there was at least one piece of campaign literature that listed the phony degree among his honors.

Not all that rare. The totally fake Columbia State University featured Jonas Salk in literature. When I pointed this out, I got a rather snippy letter from a Salk assistant saying that Dr. Salk has no problem with this honor. (Wonder if that influenced the Nobel selection committee; he apparently was miffed to his dying day that he was never Nobelized, alone or with Sabin.)
