Best 4-year undergrad that will count at least 2 years of undergrad credits?

I'm just wondering what the best options are, in terms of reputation/recognition?

I know Athabasca is pretty well respected, but it seems from their website that they will only transfer 1 year of undergraduate credits toward a new four year degree. 3 years for a second undergraduate degree is too long.

FYI it needs to be a 4 year degree, 3 year will not work.

Also I would prefer to do as much as possible by distance, making only 2 or 3 visits to the campus at most.
