Since I have a few electives to take, and I want to start them pretty soon, I was hoping you guys can help me. Would you know of anywhere I can take a few classes on mythology, mysticism, witchcraft in Europe (or the Salem witch trials), anything like that? Those are classes that are really interesting and fun to me, and I think they would be perfect as electives. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!! :)

Yay!! Thank you very much. I appreciate it. ASU doesn't offer much in the way of Mythology classes for online, and I only have 4 electives to take. So I really wanted to take something fun. I know these will transfer in as electives, so they seem perfect. Thanks again!! :D

Maybe there are courses here that meets your needs:
California Virtual Campus » Students » CVC Course Catalog
See page 11 & 12 (magic and witchcraft)

Another option is to take an English Composition or writing course and write papers on these subjects.

And if you know a lot about the subjects you mentioned and can document learning there is always the portfolio route to obtain credit.

Excellent! I found 3 classes I want to take. I appreciate this very much. Now I just need to find 1 more elective and I will be all set. Thanks again!

Make sure that they will accept your credits if you plan on transferring them in. Some schools have a cap on transfer credits. Some won't transfer courses that may not exist in their course catalog. Just giving your a heads up :)

I spoke to ASU and they said they accept up to 64 credits. I transferred in 24 so Im not at the cap yet. They also said they will accept classes they dont offer as long as they are regionally accredited and can be applied in the program. But since they are electives I'm wanting, they should transfer in just fine. Heck, they took Ashford's EXP 105 (which is the beginner online course that everyone takes to get accustomed to online learning) and applied it to my electives. I'm thinking community college classes will apply just fine. :)
