just applied TESC, financial aid question

just applied, and got email ask me to fill out financial aid application if I intend to use it. so my questions are.
1. Can I fill it out before I get officially accepted by TESC.
2. Can I wait for the financial app processing before I actually enrolled in any classes, may be wrapping up some CLEP and DSST while waiting.

Yes, you can fill it out before being accepted.

Once the financial aid is processed, your school should be able to accept it within' 24 hours before enrolling into any classes. So yes, you can wait.

 

so will I be able to forward any CLEP or DSST scores before Im enrolled in any class?

 

For CLEP or DSST, I don't have much details. If I were you, I'd asked them directly.
