Construction Management or Project Controls Certificate

I am in the process of attempting a mid-career change into the world of large industrial projects. I have been seeking an online Construction Management or Project Controls certificate without much success.

There appears to be generalist certificates, but few that seem to focus on heavy industrial construction projects. Obtaining a PMI sponsored Project Management course will do little if I can't show up to a project and read a blueprint, plan/schedule/estimate/etc.

Does anyone have suggestions?
