    Hello,

I'm looking for a BA program in English or Literature with no previous college credits. I've found a lot but haven't found one that's either in my price range or offers low monthly payment plans.

I'm looking for cost akin to Ashworth and Penn Foster, or something with a $100 a month plan like California Coast. CC doesn't have English, and I'd like more interaction than Ashworth and Penn Foster provide. Something with discussion boards, regular assignments, papers, etc.

I don't mind if it's RA or NA.

    Thank you for your help!

You might start by taking English courses at a community college; they often offer great value for the price, especially for in-state residents. If you need DL, some community colleges have DL programs. For example, Clovis Community College, in New Mexico, is well known for DL courses, which cost $89 per credit for out-of-state residents.

A community college is only going to get you to the AA level, not the BA. But the credits are RA, and should transfer to an RA or NA bachelor's program.
