University of Newcastle joins the game. However, the cost is AUD1300 per course, AUD350 more than USQ's.

With some newcomers and some dropoffs, we still have about 200 DL MBA programs worldwide.

However, in my opinion, University of Newcastle is more prestigious.

Except USQ doesn't share a name with a beer.

Yes, 200 MBAs "sounds" like a lot but if you:

Strip-out the ones which have residency requirements.

Strip-out the ones which are pricey (say 15K+ USD).

Strip-out the ones which are not highly respected at best or will get you laughed at, at worst.

The 200 filters down to a couple hand-fulls pretty fast.

Well. I wonder whether you really have something left. Can you give me several examples that not filtered out? Thanks.

    Add:

    Heriot-Watt (UK)
    Leceister (UK)

There are some other great "distance" programs available (Duke (US), Warrington (US) and Warwick (UK) are a few that come to mind) but these are pricey and require residency. If you want non-residency and a reasonabe price, you do have your choice of some top-notch programs... but not many.

Thanks. I got it. So basically no US program can fit in. I may understand that because the American dollar is so strong that its programs cost too much comparing to programs from down under.

Can you give me your source of Australian university ranking?
Based on recent The Good Guides, UNE is 3-star,
Deakin, USA and USQ are all 2-star.
