I'm taking my first class with TESC. I was unsure of how the proctor situation worked, so I asked TESC and they sent me a list of Proctors near me. I selected one and submitted the form which they approved. Last Wednesday I called to schedule a time to come take it, and not only is my proctor no longer working at that library, they no longer do proctoring at all, and they can't find the packet they received. The manager said she remembers seeing it and was going was going to notify TESC.

I notified TESC on Thursday and also my professor and have not heard from them. I tried to make an advising appt first, but they were all booked up. I finally see the testing center has a number, so I'm calling first thing tomorrow morning but what can I expect? It's 30% of my grade and my employed reimburses only for C- or better... so I'd have to make a 100% on everything else to get reimbursed if I'm unable to take my final...
