    Question?

What exactly are you asking? Are you asking for the cheapest/quickest way to go from an AA/AS degree to a BA/BS? What field?

Most people in this situation go to one of "The Big Three" and that is discussed in depth on this site. The Big Three are Thomas Edison State College (TESC), Charter Oak State College (COSG) and Excelsior. You can also look at sites like "BA in 4 weeks" - easily found via google- to develop a plan to get you there faster.

The Big Three are well-known because entry is uncomplicated, they work with people with a variety of credits (including military classes, IIRC), are good for non-traditional students (traditional students defined as new HS Grads going to college for the first time, full-time on-campus) and the student ends up with a degree that will help them achieve their career goals.

Depending on your location, you may find a good program at a local state-supported school that may be cheap but they may not be as flexible as the Big Three.

If you have more questions, please ask. I'm sure others who are more knowledgable in this area than I am will jump in to help.

Good advice! If a veteran wants to get a degree, and there's not some special circumstance, then the Big 3 are almost always the best. For those outside NJ or CT Excelsior is usually the best. If a person doesn't yet know their career plans he/she can get a liberal studies degree and go to grad school or technical college later. Any degree looks good on a resume even if it's in a different field.
