Your gonna be pretty close, you need to match up what you have to the degree requirements of the college you hope to graduate from. One of the "Big 3" Charter Oak State College, Thomas Edison State College, or Excelsior. The thing is that an AA is pretty specific and requires around 40 hours in Specific Gen Ed courses. Fema are used as free electives...I suspect that you have already filled those out with your existing coursework. It just depends on how the schools count what you have.

Here is a link to the TESC AA Thomas Edison State College: Associate in Arts
COSC Charter Oak State College - General Education Requirements

With those you can get a pretty good idea of what you still need. Remember that you can use CLEP and DSST credit by exam, Straighterline, Aleks, and other methods to earn the credit...it doesn't have to come from a traditional classroom.

You likely do have everything for the AAS in Environmental Safety and Security with just the addition of FEMA...in this program FEMA counts as both free electives and area of study http://www.tesc.edu/ast/aas/Safety-Security-Technologies.cfm

Either way, regardless of the school, your very close to an AA/AS/AAS
