Interested in the Masters program at BU for project management. It seems worthwhile. It's between that one or the Banking and Finance Services one. Anyone know about either program? How difficult is to get into the either of these programs?
These seem like very different fields to me based upon what I know of both (which isn't a huge amount) so I'd first ask you to think about what you actually want to do once you've got your degree in hand. Beyond that I'd point out that you can find certification programs in both areas and so it's possible to do the degree in one and the cert in the other. Finally I'd say that BU has a good reputation in the Boston area and beyond but it's a bit pricey for my budget. If you're paying that bill yourself you might want to look at cheaper alternatives before you jump.
My undergrad was in government with a minor in economics. I'm looking to couple it with a practical non liberal arts masters. Banking is obvious, buy project managment interests me too. Either one I know I will put my all into it and will enjoy them both. All im worried about is the level of difficulty getting in to either program.
