California Community Colleges banning repeat classes in order to save dinero

    Sign of the times.

    Some of these courses will end up with community outreach equivalents that require students to shoulder more of their share of the cost. That's probably the way it should be anyway, at least in California.

    And, anything that CA does to mess with its community colleges just makes DL all the more appealing. In a state that's traditionally resisted DL to a certain degree, that's not a bad thing.

    You that right Tedmeister! I took full advantage of the CA CC system. I went to CC for ten years! I loved it.
