Who fleeced Rio Salado College (and others) ?

    Around the same time as the "team" who scammed Rio Salado was a similar "team" of multiple who tried to enroll at my university using the same transcript from a well-known university in the south. Fortunately, our admissions and financial planning personnel took know took the similarities and investigated and we did not admit the students, but turned their record over to the Feds.

    I've worked in several different colleges over the past 7 years and absolutely never have any students IDs been checked. If impersonation is at all "easier" for online classes, it is only in the same way that online classes are "easier" to take than on-campus classes.

    In order to do that, he would have to completely shut Washington DC down, then he would have to go back to Chicago and shut it down as well. :)

    It is no more difficult to impersonate students in large lecture halls at any major university.
