I was officially cleared for graduation yesterday afternoon by AMU. BA in Human Resources Management complete and I have been officially accepted to Troy University's MS HRM. Get a little over a month off and then I will hopefully start my MS on 28 May (so long as my fin aid goes through in time). Wooooo :beerchug::naughty::headbang::biglaugh::wiggle::banana:
Congrats BPReachers, Don't forget to put the following programs in your list...or at least after Troy's MS program in HRM. - University of Texas at Tyler's Ph.D in Human Resource Development - Bellevue University's Ph.D in Human Capital Management
Spent 6 of my 7 year career on yalls side of the house as a green side RP so sometimes I forget im just a squid lmao. Thanks everyone. Now i just gotta hope I can keep up with the accelerated pace of this degree at Troy. it is 2 classes as term (9 week terms) designed to be finished in under a year. Gonna be a looonnnnggggg year.
Congratulations, indeed. I still think the Bachelor's is the most satisfying. Your signature is suggesting "Troy 2013." Can the Master's really be done that quickly? While having an 'outside' life as well?
Thats what Troy and my buddy that is also in this program say. It is designed to be completed in under a year so long as you have all the prereqs done. All my prereqs are done due to the major of my BA and the fact that AMU has the proper business accreditation. So yes. Though I will still have to see for myself because I am kinda skeptical of that lol. Supposedly I would be done by May of 2013 however I am planning on taking my capstone course by itself so it will be 6 terms instead of 5.
Never know what the future will hold. I am actually probably going to pursue a MA in Administrative Leadership with the University of Oklahoma via the Navy's NCPACE prgram (because it is free) if all goes well. Just not sure yet. We will see how this first Masters pans out and then go from there.
Best of Everything Bpreachers!!!!!:cool3: May you succeed beyond your mildest dreams. (one does well not to hope for too much):bigok:
Nicely done. Sorry your initial time line did not work out for you, but after you dive into the accelerated pace at Troy you will probably appreciate the short break. Good luck to you.
