San Juan College online, and is ACBSP good from a student perspective

Hi everyone, I came to this forum after searching around to see if the ACBSP accreditation claimed by San Juan College is any good. The threads I found seem to only talk about the educators side of it and not from the student perspective so I decided to start a new thread to ask (hope that's okay).

As a student, is a school with ACBSP accreditation a good thing or a bad thing? Will employers consider hiring me with an associates degree in Business Administration (or Accounting, not sure which direction I want to go yet :) )? I'm visually impaired so I'm thinking of taking online classes as they will be easier to get to and do well in since I wont have to worry about seeing stuff on the blackboard and overhead projectors during lectures, I can just use screen readers and magnifiers if needed on my own computer to get at the materials.

Am I crazy in wanting an "online degree" so to speak, and specifically when I do graduate would it even be any good from a knowledge gained and hiring standpoint?

    Thanks for any help :)
